Princ Hospital Suvarnabhumi: Transferring vaccines reservations

You can transfer your vaccine reservation to another person after the hospital’s allotment has been fully confirmed. The hospital will send out an SMS to your phone number containing a link to the online portal for managing your reservation.

You can only make a transfer once through the online portal. For additional changes, you will have to do so in-person at the hospital. If you choose to do so, please have the following documents ready:

• A copy of the original recipient’s identification
• A copy of the new recipient’s identification which the vaccine will be transferred to
• Letter of Intent to transfer your vaccine reservation to the new recipient

The hospital will accept changes up to 3 days before the vaccination appointment date.

Upon reservation confirmation, the actual appointment date and time will have to be completed through the hospital’s designated app. Instructions will be sent to you via SMS once the hospital’s allotment has been fully confirmed.
